Eko-Tar Food Agriculture Product has been found in year 1999 mainly to produce and export organic agricultural products.

Now, the total value of exports has exceeded 1 million Euros per year. The firm exports organic products to many countries including England, Germany, The Netherlands and Greece.


The honey processing and packaging plant located in Aydin utilizes modern techniques and machinery and hygiene during processing takes the most importance.

The necessary analysis is taken place in our laboratory for incoming honey as well as during processing. The analysis that requires higher analysis like Liquid chromatography or Mass Spectrometry is sent to Aegean University Laboratory for Drug Research and Farmocology (Argefar) or Applica Laboratory in Germany.



Our aim is to produce reliable products which we and our childeren can consume.

YAZGANOGLU GIDA

Yazganoglu Food Industry is the sister company of EKO-TAR Gıda has been found to produce organic olives and olive oil.

The production facility is again in Aydin. Inside the factory the olives are processed all with modern inoxydable machinery and kept in polyethylene tanks suitable for food.

The Factory covers more than 1500 m2 of close area and have the capability to produce and pack olives in different varieties.

In All stages of production, controls are made by our experienced food engineers in its sector.The values like acidity ph and others are measured periodically to avoid any spoilarge.
